kelley: it sure is. just about all of those candidates making their way around the state -- all except one. republican front-runner donald trump headed to arkansas after picking up the endorsement of former senator scott brown in new hampshire last night. trump took to twitter to call for a do-over of the iowa caucuses, accusing the winner, senator ted cruz, of fraud. cruz held a town hall in henniker. senator cruz: you want to know how we shocked, all the pundits, the media in iowa? we had people that did not just show up, they brought nine other people. kelley: buoyed by his third-place iowa finish, senator marco rubio made his case to voters in bow. sen. rubio: i give us the best chance to win. if you don' t believe me, ask a democrat. they do not want to run against me. of all the republicans in the race, they know if i' m our nominee, they lose. kelley: the republican field got smaller with kentucky senator

prosecutors say the alleged shooter and another man got into a fight and started firing weapons at each other on yawkey way. 29-year-old jephthe chery was struck and killed. right now, two investigations are underway into the death of a roxbury boy after he was rushed to the hospital. boston police and the department of children and families are both looking into what happened, -- happened before three-year-old kenai whyte was taken to the hospital sunday with traumatic injuries. dcf says they spoke with a caretaker two days before the incident. that person claimed the boy was clean and well-fed. so far, no charges have been filed. erika: bill cosby is in a pennsylvania court for a second day trying to get the criminal sex assault case against him thrown out. a decision could come as early as today. lawyers for cosby argue he has immunity due to an agreement with a previous district attorney. that former d.a. testified tuesday. he did agree not to prosecute cosby in exchange for testimony , but never put it in writing over cosby'
