this is the way it looks right now and map form. we had a peak area -- northeast connecticut, northwest rhode island, and parts of interior southeastern massachusetts as well. as we have cleared out in boston, it is 30 degrees, under freezing. from over the ground was warm from whether. -- warm weather. if anything -- things that were treated earlier, may become treacherous. please be aware of that overnight tonight and early tomorrow. we still have wind gusts of 40 miles per hour on nantucket. 45 in boston. temperatures go down to the teens and low 20' s as we start tomorrow. we will move up tomorrow afternoon, above freezing, high pressure in control. we get some high clouds tomorrow afternoon.

help of some fun -- son even midday. harvey: the snow will come out of the trees and stop that stress situation. we clear up tomorrow night, early sunday. the south. from us. it will be a large storm. between that and high pressure northeast wind, it could be just enough to send the fringe of the snowfield -- shield into eastern massachusetts late sunday night or for a while and monday. -- on monday. we will follow that carefully. there could be additional snow on tuesday. first, good news about saturday -- temperatures will respond some, not super warm but at least 30' s to around 40. we should take the snow out. there will not be any. as far as sunday goes, a dry day through the daylight hours with high temperatures also around 40 degrees.

that first strip that i mentioned is from that storm that might brush eastern massachusetts. it will be replaced by another one monday night and tuesday. that might take a track far out. right now i am not sure that either one will be of the give us a direct hit. both have potential, both have to be watched. one or both of them could bring some -- some snow in that monday, tuesday time of next week. it looks like after that we move into a much colder pattern for a v period. announcer: now, sportscenter 5, one minute drill. quite why won' t the nfl released the numbers from their check of footballs. patriot fans would tell you it is because the numbers would be supported by the ideal gas law and prove that tom brady was incident. commissioner bartel says it was done to make sure teams were following proper procedure.
