wright. he allegedly kicked a police a violent encounter. point they have not identified any sort of motive. they did not find there was any interaction between the suspect and the victim at the bar that night nor had there been any sort of relationship between the two. the investigation is continuing. the victim was identified in court as drake scott. he was at the bar participating in an open mic night which he has done in the past. ragur rewrite is being held without bail. -- right is being held -- without bail. emily: cindy in the weather center with a look at forecast. cindy: we have sunshine, temperatures in the 40' s. surely not the 50' s we had yesterday but that is still above average for this time of year. typical high as 39 this year. we are trending colder the next couple of days so temperatures
