had to go to the hospital. police say she was in good health at the time. >> breaking news. a new setback. plans to rebuild that resort casino in wynn everett. >> after years of mrpg a ground breaking was scheduled for this site for april but now all of that has been put on hold. today, wynn everett officials announced the casino project will be delayed for possibly as long as a year. because of environmental concerns. construction is halted and so is the hiring of the projected 4,000 jobs needed to build the $1.7 billion resort casino. the mayor is appealing a permit that wynn everett got from the state to develop the waterfront property. wynn everett says summerville already signed an agreement. however, the mayor says that this is a public health issue. with so much traffic and

larks larks where you can see powerful winds ripped off the sidewall of the gym. damage stretching from texas to the mid atlantic. talking about what's happening in north carolina. >> if you look behind us, those are all tornado watches from the atlantic. >> including the nation's capitol, philadelphia. the obvious question is will it run right up the coast >> we're some significant weather. not expecting tornados but we could get damaging winds and heavy downpours. and possible thunderstorms late tomorrow. we not only have all of those watches in place but we, in several tornado warnings in place. this extends from just south of raleigh, north carolina, all the way up to just south of virginia. that threat there extend northward. this is the most severe line of

those warnings to pop up. for us, later tonight into very early tomorrow, the chances of getting heavy rain and downpours is very high the chance of getting gusty to strong or damaging winds are high. chances of a thunderstorm, moderate. coastal flooding is low but there may be a little bit along south facing coastal areas along the southern new england coast at the time of high tide tomorrow morning. this is city cam. look at the fog that surrounds boston. the temperature in boston is only 39 and the wind is light per hour. where the wind is light out of the north we've got low clouds, fog, drizzle or rain. that's the way it is, until you coast. winds are out of the south. they have shifted now in new bedford. the temperature spikes up when that happens. so while it's in the 30's to around 40 locally, as soon as we get to new bedford and the cape it's now in the 50s. that warmer air will work its way northward but until that warm front gets here a lot of visibility.

of a mill at worcester and half a mile in boston. >> up around a thousand or 1,500 feet. there is still borderline icing going on. winter weather advisory until 7:00. here's what will happen. we see temperatures start to jump after 7:00 in or 1,500 boston. probably around 8:00 or 9:00. then late tonight, everybody turns warm, but that's when it starts to get windy, and that's when we have the risk of the downpours. so it's warmer, windy and wet, but this is significant. at our winds around 7:00 tonight, nothing to speak of in boston. but now they have picked up where the warm air is moving in. as the warm air comes up the southerly winds gust. this may be overdone but the idea is there. we have a wind advisory. when we get those heavy downpours that's when the take place. showers, you see some of these downpours further to the south

their way into the region. what's left of that severe works up as downpours here. mostly just west and north of boston until we get later tonight and some of those downpours east of new england. the threat continues into the morning commute tomorrow and ends after 8:00 on the cape and after that we'll see some weather improvement. but as we check out the next seven days, look at the temperatures early tomorrow. in the 50s, and it will only cool to around 50. still quite windy. the storms will end during that commute from west to east. then it turns much colder and windy, friday, friday night, by sunday afternoon we're back to around 50 degrees so a lot of roller coaster temperatures, but going to follow hours. most significant. >> no survivors after a plane carrying 23 people crashed in nepal. the crash site has now been located. investigators say it appears to have flown directly into a mountain. that flight was hopping from one city to another. it was only
