too many of the messages about exercise are aimed at middle-aged people. a new study looks at women younger than 50 years old and found if these women got just two and a half hours of weekly exercise their risk of heart disease dropped up to 25%. researchers looked at 97 thousand women over a 20 year span and found moderate intensity exercise including brisk walking had a lower likelihood of heart issues. the number of times per week exercise didn't matter as long as they got two and a half hours. healthy diet, learning demanded stress.
