volunteers across 90 countries have kept it in flight since 1992. jc: a leap of faith from 25,000 feet. a california skydiver is planning to jump without a parachute or wing-suit hoping to land in a net. yep, that's right. 42-year-old luke aikins will freefall for just over two minutes before landing in a net just one third the size of a football field. aikins is a third generation skydiver with over 18,000 jumps to his name. he's trained some of the world's most elite skydivers and even did some of the stunts for the movie "ironman three." aikins says he has been preparing for six months to get this jump right. >> right here this puts me right , in the middle, this is where i'm aiming. i got a wife and a son. i plan on being here for a long time, being a pain in his neck. jc: ok, make sure you hit the net.
