days ago and also had a return trip to norway. we do not know the name of that person but police say the threat against their officers is now over. police were on high alert after online threats to use assault weapons to kill as many police officers as possible, from a parking garage. local police started getting calls about 8:45 this morning from media and other law enforcement agent those threats. police surrounded that parking garage in downtown present land. there were there. police did clear the garage. they found nothing but heavily armed portland police also spent the day guarding their own department. officers there still keeping the public safe while under these threat threats. >> i don't know. it's just scary. it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
