representative adam kinzinger was on the face but doesn't now see how he could endorse trump. he crossed so many red lines a presidential candidate should never cross. he said he is an american before a republican and he won't be silent. the obama administration's secret 400 million cash payment to iran has become a campaign issue. donald trump called it a scandal. the white house says the payment made just as four released from custody in january was the settlement of an old legal claim, not ransom. trump says it was his opponent, former secretary of state hillary clinton, who started the talks about the money in the first place. >> we paid $400 million for the hostage, right. such a bad precedent. >> this $400 million is actually money that the iranians had paid

storms developing overnight in the midwest. two twisters were spotted in north dakota, no damage reported. those severe storms now moving into minnesota. and in california, strong winds are helping to spread the fire near wine country. the cold fire has burned nearly 5,000 acres and is only 10% contained. hundreds of firefighters are battling the blaze in rugged terrain. helicopters have been scooping water from a nearby lake to drop on the fire. it's called because it's burning near winters, california. a series of earthquakes rattled a remote area last night in california. the initial magnitude 4.5 hit near janesville and it was quickly followed by three aftershocks. there were no reports of damage but one woman said it felt like her mobile home was going to be knocked off its foundation. still ahead, details breaking overnight about a message cyberattack at a health
