a glitch takes out the whole airline. the struggle for passengers trying to get out of logan. >> cell phone hijacked. the way thieves are taking over your entire account. >> from boston's news leader this is wcvb news sen -- newscenter 5 at 5:00. jc: investigators are searching for a killer in the brutal murder of a young jogger. >> the 27-year-old woman was found naked with burns to her body and should be concerned. let's start with julie mcdonald who is live in princeton. julie? reporter: that's right. jc and ben, i am told the massachusetts state police k9 unit found the body 400 yards from this street. and it was only half a mile from where her run was supposed to begin and end. vanessa grew up i lemonstir and moved to new york and was visiting her mom a few days.

reporter: the quiet community of princeton is on edge after a young jogger was townd -- found dead on sunday evening. a source close to the investigation say vanessa was found any -- naked with burn marks to her head, hands and feet. >> what they found lead them to agent that yes it was a homicide investigation. reporter: she was out for a run at 1:00 on sunday afternoon. she was living in new york city, but visiting her mother. >> she was found about the body was found one half mile from her mother's home in a wooded area. reporter: no one has been arrested and police would not release any information about possible suspects. >> we are concerned about the safety of our town residents and the visitors that enter our town. we ask people to pay attention to the surroundings. reporter: state police have not left either end of brooke station road as investigators continue their search for evidence. all the while, people who live here are waiting for answers that might make them feel

2011 graduate of boston university was known for running and volunteering. her murder was yesterday afternoon while jogging in princeton and has shook the town at its core. >> it is a small town and i feel like right now her family is our family. >> reporter: the specialty bakery shop has police in and out as they canvas for information as residents stop for more information. >> this is >> and now do you think twice about walks or where go? >> i am bringing my dog. >> it is horrifying because princeton is a lovely, quiet town. for this to happen we are all really shocked and disturbed. >> it is very disturbing. they didn't just find her body, but it was burned or something like that. that's vicious. reporter: she lived in new york city where she worked as an account manager for google for the last year and a half.

logan airport. the sea breeze is 13 miles per hour. i can see the shoreline from beverly to boston and plymouth and hyannis, all-around just under or over 80 degrees. nice stuff. 89 right now in hartford. tomorrow's temperatures are similar to today. might be up a degree or two, particularly over the an anterior. it feels pretty comfortable chances are to many of you by summertime standards. it is pretty warm. that's because the dew points are low e refreshing or pleasant to most of us. until we get near the south coast it is a little muggy, but this will change. when we widen out and you can see these colors, that's representing the uncomfortable and oppressive air and that will start to work in our direction as early as wednesday. once it gets here it could be here for a period of time. so enjoy the relative comfort while we have it.

bay. it is pretty nice. i was on vacation a little bit. 70s off the coast of cape anne. 80, 84 before the sea breeze takes hold and drops it back. the winds are light and the high tide is late afternoon. that's good stuff. this moisture stays south. eventually as we lose high pressure before we get the real heat in here, we will have higher humidity on wednesday and disturbance should give us some wet weather. the question is how much wet all pans out. tomorrow is another sunny day and as we get to wednesday that's when the clouds come in and at least some showers in the area. it is very challenging seeing it be widespread. it never works out that way and we have to wait to see this time around. i can tell you after that, boy is the stage set for heat and humidity around here. check it out. looks like it will be 90 or higher and that's from thursday on with the higher humidity.
