revealed in court today. reporter: that driver said nothing in court but the look on his face says plenty. the moment court began it was clear darnell booth was not happy. and when he heard the charges against him he collapsed. >> prosecutors say booth met a 16-year-old girl as her uber driver. but then began to message her on snapchat. her up again a few days later then raped her. >> he pulled into a parking lot. at that point he turned and told her to take off her pants. reporter: but watch his reaction to the next allegation. atoint, he leaned over from the driver's seat and slapped her face on two occasions. reporter: booth has an 8 page criminal history including one prior sexual assault allegation, for which he was never arrested.

this is oppressive air over most of our area. it is still extremely uncomfortable. take the humidity. 105 degrees in boston. that is why we have had a heat advisory. in terms of the showers, a couple have popped up. starting to show signs of weakening, it has been moving south and east. that dumbs heavy rain with lightning for a while. this is typical for what can happen.
