vanessa marcotte. she disappeared close to her mother's home in princeton last sunday. the person is a miller with the area where her bottom -- is familiar with the area where her body was found. nobody has been charged. this could be a solid lead, but the da office has received more than 450 tips. case. investigators believe the brother is her killer, and looking for a man that has seen cuts -- marcotte injured her killer and they are looking for a man that has cuts. the public should be careful and vigilant. maria: lifeguards and strangers coming to the rescue of a little boy in a swimming pool.

risk, speaking out as testifying at fred's hearing. you are a sitting police chief in york for county. why speak out on this? >> there is a guy in prison for 35 years. i look at the case, i don't think he did it. it is an obligation to do something about it. mike: discovery of a one page document called the leahy report. after the murder, police have information on another possible suspect, a convicted criminal named rocco bolero. whitehill is frustrated the north district attorney's office has refused to meet with his lawyer. why'd you think they continue to fight so hard to deny you any trial? >> i don't know.
