said they couldn't find their father. today, friends and family will say a final farewell to a young woman whose murder rocked a quiet community. the eye's sera congi is in leominster where this morning vanessa marcotte will be mourned and remembered. sera: randy, the 27-year-old woman touched many lives in many communities. her funeral will be held here in leominster where she grew up and hundreds of people turned out for a wake last night, including a bus carrying mourners from new york, where vanessa marcotte worked for google. she was home visiting family out on august 7 when she went out for a jog not far from her mother's house in princeton. sources say marcotte was found naked and burned. police have been pouring over hundreds of tips in the case. and 5 investigates has learned they are testing dna from a possible person of interest.
