it goes on to allege that brown snuck up behind tantalus while she was purchasing lunch and put his hands on her lower waste. she claims management at fox had brown appear on her show. brown has not requests for comment but tells the boston herald the claims are "completely and totally false." roger ailes resigned in july after another former anchor, gretchen carlson, said in a statement she was fired because she refused ailes sexual advances. tom brady is back at gillette. this is video of the last time we saw the qb, last week. brady missed the team possible second preseason game after reporting would cutting his finger with scissors. he is expected to practice at 3:00 today.

who took a woman to a playground and attacked her. sera congi is life in boston where neighbors are shaken by the violence. sera: they are. police say that the woman was approached by a man who was riding a blue bmx type bicycle. they threatened her by telling her he had a knife. a picturesque part in boston's south end is a popular path for dog walkers and commuters. at 1:00 a.m. monday near the corner of greenwich park and claremont woman was approached by a man on a blue bmx type bike who claimed to have a knife. >> at night it is lit up here but it is not as comfortable as i would like it to be. it's not that lit up. sera: the suspect forced her to walk about half a mile where police say she was sexually assaulted. >> i was shocked. this is a very good neighborhood . it's gotten better and better in

the victim was found on the front lawn. it's not clear what started the dispute. we are learning new details about a deadly accident involving a party bus in east boston. me and his live with what the victims family is now saying. doug: this morning i spoke to boston police department as well as the victims family. bpd hoping anyone who saw what happened the night those ladies a lot of the party bus met t as far as the family, that of tracy penny quarter, she was the one tragically killed. they are preparing for her memorial service and they are grief stricken. they are wondering why no one who was on the bus that night hast stopped by to see the family. they have many questions about what happened however they don't believe it was tracie potts -- tracy's fault.
