>> we have breaking news at 5:30. an ultra-light helicopter is down in the ashland reservoir. one person has been pulled out. not hurt. the ultra-light we understand sank. crews right now trying to figure out how to pull it out. >> police were justified when they shot and killed a terror suspect. that's the conclusion of a report just released by the suffolk county when police say he pulled a knife and advanced toward them back in june 2015. investigators say they were trying to arrest usaamah raim because he was about to carry out an attack. >> a pretty significant damage reported across parts of indiana from an outbreak. starbucks flattened in one town. roofs torn off the building. warnings are still up for a couple of cities right now. >> as we look behind harvey, he still has the radar zoomed in. it looks like they are

still have two tornado warnings. here's one right in here. indianapolis, as you can see, this one is passing to the north of indianapolis, but about an hour a.i.g., there was one that was very close to, if not just east-southeast of indianapolis, at one point, there was this report of a large tornado on the ground. these tornado warnings are based on radar signatures, this is second tornado warning down here. that's what's going on over there. two tornado warnings in the vicinity of central indiana. we're just for gaston but for this system which will likely develop some and that's the one that looks like it will make an approach to the southern bahamas, perhaps parts of florida and maybe into the gulf. all of that over the next five days. we'll cover that and our local weather which is still pleasant but is about to change to some degree coming up in a few minutes. >> new 59:30, we're learning more about the type of bus involved in that fatal fall in east boston over the weekend. >> the company that owns the bus

just like it and she's life at their headquarters in north attleborough. reporter: i also just spoke to one of the passengers on this party bus. she said the two victims were sitting in the back and the top of the high -- this emergency window unlatched. they flew out from the bottom and she says, initially, they both >> a traffic accident. just three days after this -- 26-year-old tracy was killed. she fell out of this bus window. her best friend fell, too, but survived. the north attleborough company steadfastly believes someone must have opened the emergency latches. >> i want to know what happened. >> they want the victim's mother to know they are not blaming the victim.

one person was pulled out without injury. the ultra-light helicopter apparently sank. crews have been trying to figure out where exactly it is in the reservoir and how they are going to get it out of the water. we'll keep following that story for you. a large area of northern maine now designated as a national mond -- monument. it covers 87,000 acres. it was co-founder -- it will create new jobs in the region. >> a year after his double hand transplant 59-year-old baltimore boy says he's ready to play ball. he talked about his progress today along with his doctors at children's hospital in philadelphia. he lost both his hands and feet to a serious infection when he was just two years old but he's well on the road to recovery and ready for action, but mom says, not so fast.

you see a hook structure to it, which we do often see with tornados. >> we're also following the tropics. cass strong, is almost a hurricane but the reasons aren't that great. however, a couple of days down the road it would be so that still could become a hurricane. and then this system over here, which is going through some of the caribbean islands, that's the one that is a tropical wave but has potential to develop some, and the reason that's so impot track. these are all on different computer models and clustered around a track that would take it into the southeastern bahamas and somewhere close to florida or parts of florida, and then possibly emerging into the eastern gulf of mexico. so the real key here is how much it develops. even if it doesn't develop that much it's probably going to be a huge rain producer with localized flooding at the least

gaston could be a few hundred miles east-southeast of bermuda five days from now. it may not develop too much further right now but then may do so a couple of days down the road. it's been another incredible summer day. if you had the day off it's been approaching 90 over some of the interior. logan is at 80. just back from the coast it's quite a bit warmer than that it's still relative pleasant in terms of the humidity impact but getting sticky in some areas. now the trend will humid air to build in. it will become more uncomfortable tomorrow and the most uncomfortable day will be on friday. notice the humidity impact going up, peaking on friday and starting to come back down and during saturday and for the rest of the weekend it should be reasonably comfortable so that's the good news. it looks like another nice weekend for you to plan outdoor activities. tonight, warmer than recent nights.

he's 48 years old, he's been confined for about a year and a half. he likes to fly every day. he experienced engine trouble. he look around, only place to put the helicopter down was in the reservoir. we just spoke to the pilot a few minutes ago. >> i flew over from arbor. buzzing around, to see if i could see my wife daurnd at the house. i was going to wave to them but rise a little bit on my engine. that concerned me soishgs sta, d to the airport. i wanted to get over the trees and this is the only place i could drop it. >> diana, he hit the water, went under, was able to unbuckle himself from his belt. there were a couple of kayakers in the area who came and helped
