[laughter] cindy: well, we have the tropical mass behind us here. we are watching the phase teed up features we've been watching a week long. things have not changed a whole lot, but i want to get you up to speed. i know you are curious. let me show you that tropical wave we have been watching all week long. it is centered just north of cuba on the eastern and and it's really unorganized. this thing just can't seem to get it toget wind shear. and the hurricane center is giving this just a 60% chance of this developing over the next five days. i want you to know, whatever this wave is producing, it is bringing it toward florida and the gulf. what it's going to be bringing is certainly heavier rainfall. there is a rain threat over the next several days into the middle of next week.
