they are accused of stockpiling weapons. among the alleged targets, president obama. ed: we go live outside the federal court where the suspect faces a judge. reporter: the fbi alleges he stockpiled weapons and ammunition and made threats to kill muslims as well as the president. he appeared in court with happened cuffs around his -- handcuffs around his wrists and ankles. they parts to make an ar15 rifle and piles of ammunition and notes threatening to kill muslims. he was previously ordered by a court not to have any weapons. the raid came from a tipster who was concerned about his mental state. he said he would plant a bomb in a police station and kill as many homeland security officers that he can before they kill him. he is distraught and he denies

reporter: heather and ed, they are being held on these two cases and the bail was revoked for an open case pending in boston municipal court. the driver is 28 years old and his name is paul griffin. you can see him being lead into court. once inside he can remain out of the view of the courtroom and the camera. griffin was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a young female in everett, the same victim he allegedly exposed himself to month. >> the individual victim in this case went to the police department and indicated that the man who exposed himself to her previously and this is the july 20th incident and she had seen him do it again on august 28th. reporter: everett police say after reading his miranda rights he stated he was a criminal and he has a problem with exposing himself and acting inappropriate with young girls. ed and heather, the mayor of everett sent a letter to uber calling for better screening

case griffin was out on bail for a similar incident from boston municipal court. heather:the driver of the boston duck boat that had part of the roof ripped off yesterday has been cited for an over height violation according to state police. the boat diverted off the standard route due to a detour and closure. it ended up hitting an over pass that was too low for the boat to go under. no one was hurt and the company is reviewing the driver's ed: police identified the bicyclist killed by a commuter rail train. they say it was 31-year-old gene leonard who road through park street crossing and through the signals. even though the signals were down and the gates were down, the witnesses say they stopped him and tried to get him to stop. in the end it was too late. >> a memorial mass was held for the two nuns murdered in mississippi. one has ties to massachusetts. >> she and sister margaret were murdered in their home

at the church where the nuns held bible study. the man accused of killing the sisters will face a judge for the first time. rodney sanders confessed to the crimes and they have not released a motive. heather: a new hampshire mother found guilty in the beating death of her daughter. a judge found caitlin marin responsible for the death brielle gauge. prosecutors say mare ring assaulted the girls several times and she will be sentenced -- sentenced in december. >> a former lowell police officer charged in a fatal drunk driving crash will go on trial and it will be in october. eric wayne is accused of crashing head on into another vehicle in 2014 killing a man from lawrence and injuring his sister. wayne was awaiting trial on a separate drunk driving case at the time of the crash. he is currently out on. heather: tonight a warning for beachgoers in new hampshire

happening. today did hit 90 degrees. that is like the 20th time this season that we have hit 90 degrees in boston. it started off so innocently. may only once and june didn't even happen at all. you are starting in july and you are going, the day is already getting shorter. 12 times in july and seven times so far in august. the average is 13 and 14 times. we are way above the average. no surpr still quite warm. look at the wind direction, north, northwest. look at the dew point and the temperatures are slow to descend, the dryer air is coming in quicker. it is much more comfortable out of doors. the air and the relative humidity is much lower. even so the cape the air is drying out nicely now. another beautiful evening. it is about 80 degrees and it will be coasting into the 70s.
