atwater right now. john? reporter: ed, the workers were stuck there for two hours helpless under this bridge. if we push in closer you can see the white bucket truck out there. that is the truck that rescued the two workers. the workers are a hundred feet above the river. they were stuck until the rescuers could get to them. the crews brought in this other bucket truck. the arm was dangling over the edge. thankfully the wearing harnesses when they dropped an estimated 5 to 10 feet. they were doing inspections under the bridge and a woman who saw it all describes the tricky effort to rescue them. >> they maneuvered the basket into place. he had to go behind and around the bucket and opened the door of the yellow basket and help the men into his basket. now you had three full grown
