carlson has reached a settlement in her sexual harassment lawsuit. carlson sued former fox news ceo roger ailes, saying she was demoted and let go because she rejected his sexual advances. the terms of the settlement are confidential but she'll reportedly get $20 million. ailes' lawyer says he didn't pay any part of the settlement. the parent company of fox news also issued an apology to carlson. ed: nearly 230 animals found in horrible conditions on a the animals were rescued back in july. the aspca took over care, sending them to rescue organizations across new england and to new york, new jersey and maryland. police have said as many as two dozen people may face charges in connection to the farm. jc the robbery suspect leading : police on a wild chase and the dramatic shootout that followed. doctors no longer recommending the flu mist, the new rules for the vaccine
