of making a deal to pay for sex , $200, in exchange for sex. worcester investigators had been in contact with bliss for several weeks. that agreement made with an undercover police officer. they made an agreement to meet at a mcdonald's monday night, for the purpose of having sex in exchange for money. when the braintree man arrived at the worcester restaurant he was arrested by detectives. other officials at this newly-opened international boarding school have not returned our request for comment. about the charges and how they will affect his position. braintree's mayor sullivan said the private high school located at the former norfolk county hospital has no affiliation with the city's schools and wouldn't comment on the charges. the district attorney's office told newscenter 5 that he was arraigned tuesday in worcester district court and is due back in court october 17. juli mcdonald, wcvb newscenter 5

1993 murder of a boston police officer will get a new trial. the state's supreme judicial court making that ruling this morning. sean ellis was freed last summer after his conviction in the murder of boston police detective john mulligan was overturned. he spent nearly 22 years in prison. ellis' attorneys claim he was framed. head tonight at 6:00, you will hear from ellis reacting to today's decision. ed: right now, worcester police are searching for suspects in a deadly shooting near a city bar. police were called to gallagher's pub on west boylston street around 11:30 last night. they found a 21-year-old man shot several time in the leg, abdomen, and neck. police say the shooting actually happened on nearby loring street. the victim was taken to the hospital where he died. a second man was shot in the leg , and he is expected to survive. heather: a registered sex offender in new hampshire is accused of exposing himself to kids in massachusetts. 30-year-old jacob mobley-hall arrested yesterday near lexington high for allegedly exposing himself on the fitness path. police say there have been several reports of this happening this week. the manchester man faces several

volkswagen engineer has pleaded guilty to conspiracy in the company's widespread emissions cheating scandal. the german automaker has admitted to installing software on half million vehicles sold in the united states that helped them pass emissions tests. the worker allegedly helped design the computer software in question. he faces up to five years in prison when sentenced in january. breaking news in north dakota tonight -- a federal judge has denied a native american tribe's re the dakota access oil pipeline near their reservation in north dakota. right now, a thousand people are gathered at the pipeline protest site in north dakota. north dakota's governor has activated 100 national guard troops, in case of violence. the tribe argues the pipeline could impact drinking water and that construction has already disturbed ancient sacred sites. ed: the water -- gone from louisiana. now the long cleanup is

and drinking among teenagers hitting a new low. heather: new federal data shows just over 9% of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 reported alcohol use last year. that's down from 17.6% in 2002. the data also shows about 20% of youths smoke every day, down from 32% in 2002. experts say the new numbers show robust public health efforts are paying off when it comes to teens. ed: an aerial attack on zika-carrying mosquitoes is now underway in miami. despite health concerns, planes sprayed the area overnht it is because of the concerns. it's the first of four scheduled. the pesticide is approved by the epa but some people are concerned about the effects on the environment. the spraying was originally scheduled for thursday, but was delayed for a day after concerned residents protested. we are honoring our heroes.
