of the cape and the islands have a heavier band. let's show you that. let's take a close look at the live doppler radar. you can see what we're talking about. check out chatumn. going down there at this time the winds are shifting east of hyannis and moving into chatum and affecting the vineyard and going up to about oh paw patrero. you can see everything shifting more to the east. there are still some elements of heavy rain down here that could still skirt the cape or island. the rest of us will be socked in with clouds and the humidity is up there. we know that. in boston the heaviest rains have come to an end. it was lined up mostly well to the north and west and then a second patch down toward the cape. 71 is the temperature with a light southwest wind.

even though the temperatures are livable, it definitely feels muggy and damp out there. the uncomfortable range is border line oppressive in some areas. we obviously won't fall too much . and then tomorrow look at the temperature jump right back into the 80s. as it brightens we will see it is a warm air mass that will be taking over. most of the additional rain or showers early tomorrow. far western new england will clear and we will clear as we get deeper in the day from northwest to southeast. once that happens the air mass is a warm air mass. that's why tomorrow will be warm. matter of fact the next couple days will be warm. the difference between wednesday and thursday is far less humid as the dryer air returns at that particular
