store's all three individuals and then heard a gunshot. this happened according to a woman at the store. she heard argument. we are told the young man was shot in the arm and transported by ambulance. police have not disclose any information about what they are looking for. they got into a store. then they took off. >> thank you. more breaking news. a massive data breach. 500 million users information compromise. >> they actually happened in 2013. hackers stole names and e-mail

there were 250 passengers on board. this is the night person who was killed an incident involving this area in a decade. jc: the victim was a black man. the officer was a white woman. footage captured the incident. she fired the fatal shot. the victim did not respond. right now police are investigating a deadly crash in the merrimack valley. ben: a methuen man hit and killed while riding his motorcycle two others hurt.

in 2 counts of conspiracy. his attorney calls him a vulnerable young man seduced by extremist ideology. prosecutors paint a different picture. the 25-year-old from warwick rhode island listened carefully almost smiling as the us attorney accused him of plotting with two other men ooh-sam-mah rahim of roslindale shot to -- osama rahim of roslindale shot to death by police last year and david wright of everett. they are accused of plotting to behead non believers of the islamic state. specifically, nicholas rovinsky behead pam geller, a conservative blogger who organized a prophet muhammad cartoon contest. just before pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to support and commit acts of terrorism, rovinsky said in court, i feel in the interest of myself and the people of the united states that i should pay for the crimes that i committed. nicholas rovinsky is a vulnerable young man who was seduced by extremist ideology. it must be noted he never hurt anyone, never came close to carrying out the outlandish

and will face very harsh penalties for that. prosecutors said he was recruiting other prisoners to join the islamic state even after he was arrested in june 2015. his attorney said however he has since renounced violence and terrorism and that he has returned to the person he once was. rovinsky could have received a life sentence if convicted by a jury. now he faces a minimum of 15 years, a maximum of 22. i spoke to his parents briefly as they left court. neither would say much but his father did say it has been difficult for everyone. rovinsky is scheduled to be sentenced next march 23. ben: the wife of ahmad rahami, the man charged with setting off bombs in new york and new jersey, reportedly is back on american soil. two federal law enforcement sources say asia bibi rahami, who went back to her native pakistan in june, returned to new york last night.

a certain degree. investigators say rahami himself, the alleged bomber, has not cooperated at all. the fbi continues to search for these two men accused of taking key evidence in saturday's bombing in new york city. the pair was caught on surveillance video removing a pressure cooker bomb from a suitcase, leaving the device, then taking off with the luggage. they may have unknowingly disarmed the pressure cooker in the process. the fbi says the men are not suspects. jc: a historic first expected at gillette stadium tonight. jacoby brissett starting as quarterback making him the first african-american to do so for the patriots. sportscenter 5's mike lynch is live in foxborough tonight lynchie? reporter: like all players do they park in the parking lot and
