jorge: two juveniles in custody this afternoon in connection with the shooting at the cvs here. this man, who we are told is related to one of those boys, is the alleged shooter -- he is still at large. today police releasing the photograph of 23-year-old marcus pierre louis. he is wanted as the alleged gunamn in the brazen late afternoon shooting inside cbs yesterday. according to witnesses, the 23-year-old and started arguing with a customer. police claim pierre-louis fired off two rounds. the victim from stoughton, 18-years-old, was shot once in the shoulder. his injury not life-threatening. overnight the 2 juveniles 15 and 16-years-old, were arrested at their homes in stoughton. both will be charged with assault and battery with intent to kill. after checking surveillance tapes, police say mark pierre louis is the man who pulled the trigger. >> any information, please contact the stoughton police department hearing again, he is

hillside drive. they were fighting the fire in the attic. a mayday was called but luckily everyone was able to make it out. one firefighter was taken to the hospital but he is expected to be ok. ed: sky 5 over the taunton municipal power plant where one person was hurt after an explosion earlier today. it was the result of a fire in a switch unit inside a large circuit breaker. the victim is in the hospital right now, but no word on how badly they were injured. and right now a belmont man is officer on a detail late last night. he faces charges in court this afternoon. our juli mcdonald live in lexington with an update on that officer's condition. juli: ed, the crash happened right behind me at a construction detail last night. sean mckeown was leaving work as a bartender in downtown lexington when he says he felt his car hit something.

at 4:30 -- we've just learned that after months of refusing to endorse him, former gop candidate ted cruz will vote for donald trump. the texas senator expected to endorse his former rival today, saying on facebook that he made the decision for two reasons. first, his promise to support the republican nominee. and second, his belief that democrat hillary clinton is wholly unacceptable. a congressman says top hillary clinton aide, cheryl mills, was given an immunity deal in the fbi's now-closed investigation into clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state. representative jason chaffetz says mls condition that findings couldn't be used against her. two other staffers were also granted immunity deals in exchange for their cooperation. heather it may be the most : highly anticipated campaign event of the season -- the first presidential debate. with polls showing a tight race nationally and in critical battleground states, both clinton and trump have a lot on the line monday night at hofstra university.
