recovering after being rescued from a trench in grafton. the man in a backhoe was working near a trench when it fell down an embankment. a special technical rescue team was called in to help get that man out. firefighters had to deal with the backhoe before they could get to the victim. >> he was stuck in there because there's no way of securing that payload. >> he is expected to be okay. the cause of the accident still under investigation. officials at a power station in ta thought to be an explosion, of course, this might be the wrong video here, actually a small electrical fire. the fire started in a breaker and caused a small but smoky fire. no one was hurt, but two workers were sent to the hospital to get checked out. the power station says it was strictly an equipment failure and no customers were affected. >> today, military leaders will dedicate an official memorial to the state's gold star families. the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff will be the keynote speaker at today's event at bicentennial park in fall river.
