most by that? >> donald trump's. when you're behind, you need everything to break if your way in the final 29 days. the problem for undecided voters today. 80% to 85% of them don't like and don't trust either candidate. they're fixes to make a decision based on that, the likelihood is they won't vote or they'll vote for a third paert. i expect most undecideds to stay home or break for the two campaigns are concentrating on their supporters. >> this is an underappreciated fact. they actually know where every single voter is and where they're leaning right now. >> and when we have watched these -- >> and they're going to go get them. >> it's called mike row targeting. you know the person. you know jane jones. or mark smith or whatever in a neighborhood. and you know if they're leaning
