girl. police say charles lovejoy picked the girl up at home and drove her to a cemetery in whitman. court documents say. he offered her jewelry in exchange for sex. she told police he forced himself on her. the victim met the man on the popular app kik. police say it's a good reminder to monitor children online. the lowell man was wearing a gps monitor on his ankle, and was on probation for the last two years. ed a deadly crash in waltham is : under investigation, two men hit while walking in a crosswalk. one of the men did survive. police say they were hit by an suv on wyman street, it happened just before sunrise. the driver of the suv did stay at the scene and police say he police say they do not believe the driver was impaired, and are still looking for a cause. maria right now the sweetgreen : restaurant in downtown crossing is closed. inspectors say they found multiple violations. as our david bienick reports, this is the second sweetgreen in boston to be shut down over food safety. david: one of the violations than inspectors found here was flies. now the doors are locked and

busy sweeping and scrubbing the kitchen area after health inspectors found multiple violations inside sweetgreen's at downtown crossing. x we ordered our lunch. and then they stopped letting people in and they did not say what was going on. david: the city says it received an anonymous tip from someone claiming to hae eaten a salad from here last friday then becoming ill with diarrhea, fever and vomiting. that triggered a spot check where inspectors found five violations including cooked chicken kept too cold,vi heavy fruit fly activity. >> the one that we are most concerned about is the person in charge not having the knowledge that we expected to have. david: the inspections commissioner called this a voluntary closure that took effect at 11 a.m. but later, we saw customers three hours who'd placed take-out orders allowed in and served. >> i have a pretty strong

the night and still at this hour, it has been dark for an hour and a half and it is in the 70's. tomorrow without the ocean breeze in boston, it is going to be a mild to warm day. at least in the 70's and if we get enough sun it will be around 80 degrees. here is are mainly clear skies overnight except for the fog flirting around with the cape and the islands. we will have some clouds because the front will be approaching. if limited but not as much as today. we can't rule out a brief spritz as the front comes through and increasing sunshine from northwest to southeast during the afternoon. it may stay cloudy. cool air coming in during wednesday night and thursday. thursday may start with some sun and end up with clouds and as we lose the high-pressure area and the next wave of low-pressure approaches the rain is likely here wednesday and thursday. some rain on friday. that is a tricky question.
