the overnight hours that we start to bring in some moisture in the form of patchy light rain, some drizzle, mist. there's probably going to be fog developing overnight as well. so kind of murky tomorrow morning. look at the temperatures falling into the 50s tonight. as we get into the day tomorrow, it's actually going to warm up a little bit. we're going to be either side of 70 coming up tomorrow. the difference that wind turning southeasterly. west with the front. we'll start to feed in tropical moisture from the south. so especially as we get toward late tomorrow and tomorrow night, that's when i think the rain will be heaviest. drizzle in the morning hours, so no big impact for the morning commute. showers break out around lunch and heavier rain during the evening and especially the overnight hours. could be rain first thing saturday morning and then we'll dry things out. but rainfall potential here is impressive.

a deadly and highly contagious virus is spreading in a mattapan neighborhood. the animal rescue league first identified the outbreak of panleukopenia after several cats got sick. the virus attacks the cat's g.i. system and is highly infectious. experts say the outbreak mostly affects young cats and kittens. the rescue league is offering a free vaccine clinic on saturday. we're live in mattapan, nicole >> thank you. new hampshire senator kelly picked up a key endorsement. the new england narcotics officer association backing the republican candidate, crediting her work fighting the drug crisis and her support of law enforcement. she is locked in a battle with governor and democrat maggie hassan. >> two men will face a judge today, accused in this explosion in salem. the target, an lgbt newspaper box. john richard and lawrence gilman
