shockwaves through the presidential campaign after refusing to say at last night's debate if he will accept the results of the election if he loses to hillary clinton. back to that shooting in chelsea. a 13-year-old struck by a stray bullet in his bedroom. doug: sera congi is live. we learned that the victim underwent surgery overnight. sera: he is recovering from that surgery. surgery on his right shoulder. he went to the window after hearing gunshots outside. kid. he was not crying or anything. he was just kind of shaken up. sera: a 13-year-old boy the victim of the shooting. just before 8:30 last night on bellingham street. relatives say he was sleeping in his bedroom on the third floor when several gunshots woken up. >> he got up and assumes he stepped to his window the

i'm let-up of a downer right now. right off to the west heading mostly to the north of clouds need to thicken up. so got vitamin d quickly. taking over as we get into the afternoon. i got a lot of sunshine. managed to come up into the lower 60's in boston. the wind coming in off the water . that easterly wind that will keep temperatures pretty much where they are along the coastline. about 10 to 15 miles per hour in easterly flow going all the way backo as well. high-pressure the reason it is sitting to our east in as it slides away it will allow this front of boundary to lift north. that will increase the clouds and eventually bring in wet weather. the first batch is missing us to the north and there are some lightning strikes west of the albany area. heavy rain moving into vermont. we are dealing with debris clouds that are starting to build in from the west. the temperatures have come up

in hyannis. close to 70 in new bedford. all the really warm air we had yesterday no sitting to our south. over the next 12 hours in boston temperatures are fairly steady but the clouds of building. into the evening hours there could be a couple of patches of drizzle. if you have evening plans, keep that in mind. by 6:00 :00 p.m. as we get into the overnight hours who starto drizzle, fog. kind of murky waking up under friday morning. temperatures holding in the 50 overnight. high temperatures on friday. it's going to be warmer than today. either side of 70 despite the fact we will clouds and rain at times coming up on friday. as the frontlets northward it brings warmer temperatures but it also brings the humidity. a muggy sort of tropical feel coming up on friday.
