ben: a middle school student in lawrence kidnapped on the way to school and sexually assaulted. ed: the suspect is in custody, 21-year-old angel mateo, in custody facing several charges, accused of grabbing a 13-year-old the student was dragged into mateo's apartment and sexually assaulted. that student was allowed to go, who then told a current what happened. mateo will be arraigned tomorrow. ben: donald trump now pledging to fully accept the outcome of next month's presidential election -- if he wins. jc: the gop nominee drawing a lot of criticism. maria stefanos joins us now. maria: about 70 million people watched about final presidential debate. the battle continues as another

planet to expand boston children's hospital. an emotional flight from parents and patients who wanted to keep the garden in place. the extension calls to replace the green space. dozens rallied to save the garden and marched in the public health building for the councils meeting. parents who lost children in the fight for cancer agreed that the hospital needs to expand, but would like to see it happen somewhere else. representatives of the hospital said they tried other sites, saying there are children that they cannot accommodate every day as they do not have enough beds. >> we have exceptional medical care and these children have conditions that cannot be treated anywhere else. this is a life versus a garden, unfortunately. >> this is quality of life, not quantity of life. if a child only has 2 years of

in chelsea is grappling how this bullet went from a playground to a third for bedroom, hitting the teen in the shoulder. h needse physical therapy and 20 of hugs. 13-year-old juan lopez delgado has a stray bullet lodged in his shoulder, mass general doctors trying to keep him comfortable. they are doing studies in a grace to determine if the bullet -- studies and x-rays to determine if the bullet has moved. >> his mother through translator says she is through with the violence. her son was trying to come home, was asleep when he was shot. >> we are all fearful. he told her, mom, i can even be safe in my own home. i don't want to go back.
