would hope someone would care about my kid. >> it's really sad i wouldn't want it to be one of my boys it shouldn't happen. nicole: twenty-four hours after an exaustive search began, it ended with the body of a young man being pulled from the merrimack river in tings-boro sunday afternoon. >> this is a tragedy for our community. there is no confirmation that the body is that of the missing teen. was found was found about nine driving miles from main street in nashua. a long distance. but authorities say it is possible. >> at this sight no outlet to the river but further down the system there is an overflow where in height of large storm there can be a discharge into the river. nicole: crews secured the storm drain cover late sunday afternoon. it's unclear as to why it was ajar, enough for a teenager to possible fall through.

questions after a flight to boston was delayed for hours. two passengers were able to get on board early in philadelphia when the plane was supposed to be empty and locked. they're talking to newscenter 5's rhondella richardson at logan. rhondella: francisco and his 21-year-old daughter boarded a flight through an unlocked philadelphia gate door. >> it was clear that there were very confused. the did not speaking was. rhondella: dad explained through a translator. >> door told them to get inside and then went inside and then they'd told them to come out. >> the jetway door was left unlocked overnight. rhondella: american airlines says the two passengers gained unauthorized access to what about aircraft earlier this morning. they kept going back-and-forth to the door. it's one of those key patted

you can vote between tomorrow and november 4, the friday before election day. voting will be held in person or you can get an early ballot to cast by mail. nichole: 13 people are dead and dozens injured after an overnight crash between a tour bus and a truck in california. the bus was returning home to los angeles from a casino trip and plowed into the back of the truck in a work zone, where traffic had slowed down. tonight, investigators scrambling to determine the cause of the massacre on the southern california highway. >> been to a crash with 13 fatal accidents you never get used to this kind of thing. nichole: just before dawn a tour bus coming from a casino slammed into the rear of a semi-truck. emergency crews racing to the rescue. pulling over 30 injured out some in critical condition. survivors telling police they believe all the passengers were asleep at the moment of impact. officials saying most of the 13 killed sitting near the front of the bus.

reid: tonight, eight churchgoers are recovering, after a car plowed into a miami church. police say the driver swerved to avoid another car this morning, lost control and slammed into the church. the crash, interrupting a 75th anniversary service. all 8 victims were taken to the hospital. one of them had to be flown to a trauma center, with a head injury. nichole: hundreds marched through barrington, rhode island today. dressed in yoga pants. it's all to teach one man a lesson. men and woman of all ages and sizes wearing yoga pants, to protest a controversial letter to the editor. allen sorrentino wrote to the barrington times saying he thinks women over 20 shouldn't wear yoga pants. he calls the pants unforgiving especially for aging women. sorrentino says it was a joke.
