>> from boston's news leader, this is wcvb newscenter 5 at noon. erika: joining us. emily: we are following a number of stories for you right now. all of the young victims in that horrific crash in middleborough have been identified including the wrong way driver from fall river who crashed into them. erika: it wrongful death lawsuit filed in connection with the crash at a popular new restaurant. the husband of a woman killed now suing the driver seeking

the campaign trail. polls giving hillary clinton the edge as both candidates turned their attention to the battleground state. breaking news this new. a murder arrest in dedham. erika: a son accused of killing his own father. investigators say the crime happened this morning at a home on lower east street. alex sanderson is accused of inflicting multiple dramatic injuries on his 59-year-old father paul anderson. the suspect was just arraigned and is being held without bail. we are the victims in that tragic crash in middleborough. four young men killed yesterday. police identified the driver going the wrong way on 495 causing the crash. emily: dudley and his live in -- doug meehan is live in middleborough. doug: as state police continue their investigation this noon into this awful crash authorities are now releasing the names of those involved

fall river. she was killed as were the four young innocent men in the car that she had. their names officially been released today. 20-year-old kraig diggs of osterville. jordan fisher of harwich. cory licata of west babylon, new york and a fourth team from hyannis who even at a young age was ready to serve his community. chief michael winn lead the team of dedicated firefighters who are also in mourning. one of those lost, they considered one of their own. during his senior year at barnstable high school, jordan galvan took part in a unique

station doing chores and maintenance. they basically become a member of our family. doug: the chief or memory jordan as a hard-working respectful and polite young man who always made others laugh. >> jordan was a fantastic kid. his smile, his energy, embracing of life. a wonderful personality to be around. doug: the chief says the department will grieve in the days to come but for now the focus is on the community and honoring jordan in a way only a select few have earned. in honor of jordan. a write that's reserved for sworn members of the department. were in contact with the family to see how we can support the family. doug: we are told that every time jordan went home to the cape he made sure he would stop by to say hello to everyone. the chief telling me the hope was that after he graduated college he would come home for good and become a permanent member of that department.

not going to happen. erika: thank you. the driver charged in a deadly crash at a new restaurant is facing a new lawsuit from the family of one of the victims. sera congi is a noon with details. sera: you can see in new and that the restaurant sweet tomatoes is boarded up from the crash that took place in early march. the attorney for the husband of one of the victims says this lawsuit will help bring closure to that family as well as possibly bring make the community safer. eleanor mealy was one of two people killed in early march when an suv slammed into the sweet tomatoes restaurant. father and a ternary gregory morin was also killed and seven others injured. the man behind the wheel, bradford casler, pleaded not guilty to two counts of motor vehicle homicide.

vance could be anywhere but because it has been more than 24 hours in the last post on facebook investigators say it's also possible he is dead from his injuries. at this point they are not ruling anything out. erika: breaking news in quincy were sky 5's live over the scene of a school bus crash. the bus apparently crashing into a utility pole. happening on quarry street. there were children on that bus. at least four kids were transported to the hospital with minor in quincy on quarry street. we will keep you posted on all the developments. emily: a look at your forecast now. cooler today and it's staying that way, even cooler as the week goes on. kelly ann: freeze warnings and coldest air of the season moving in. erika: it kind of feels ok. kelly ann: if it was raining it would feel even worse.

signs of rainfall. beautiful skies overhead and we will stay mainly clear as we head into the forecast in the next few days. our next rainmaker not moving in until thursday morning. here's a look at high temperatures for today. well below normal. normally we should be into the upper 50's. topping out in the upper 40's this afternoon. 10 degrees below normal. 49 degrees in downtown boston. interior massachusete' mid-40's for today. very chilly afternoon. add in the wind and we have windchill factor. the 44 in worcester is going to feel more like the upper 30's. even in the height of the afternoon. it's all about the cold. talk about big impact as far as temperature and windchill factor as well. as we move into the forecast tomorrow morning we see temperatures dropping near or below freezing. it's thursday morning as we see

20's. the mix is a possibility for some western counties and eventually transitioning to a chilly rain for thursday afternoon. we have that high pressure to our west and we have windy conditions in place. wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour. as high pressure moves overhead for wednesday we will start to see wind dying down. sunny and dry outlook grab the day. our next rainmaker moving in as we head into thay will be creeping in slower so that will have some impact on who sees that's no chance while many of us -- who will see that's no chance while many of us will have chilly rain. the kickoff on saturday. the children's museum. an event taking place from 1:00 to 4:00. they are giving out free asthma screenings for children's aged
