7:39 am
how is trump doing? oh, he's down. they're polling democrats. >> all right, matt, it is confusing for some because they'll see one poll and it says one thing and see another it says another thing. you were trying to explain what's behind this. >> well, first is is that donald trump seems to think that polls determine the result and don't reflect the result. they reflect the result and as i've said before you look at them in total and look at them in average. any one poll could be slightly off but when you look at them in average they are actually correct. and it's like thefe thermostat, right. a thermometer tells the temperature and a thermostat tells you what is in the room. >> not a reflection of what it might be. >> we saw in 2012 there were polls that showed mitt romney slightly ahead but that was close untilled end but the polls on average when they went into election day in 2012 were about a two-point barack obama advantage.

tgit allowing you to follow your bag through the company's mobile app as becky worley is joining us now and, becky, no worse feeling than being on a trip, you land and that carousel is going around and your bag is not on it. will this help with that? >> michael, there are 23 million mishandled bags each year. you're right. it seems like it's our checked bags, it's always one of those. supposedly this is going to make things better so currently printed bag tags need to be scanned manually with a bar code when the ticket agent puts on one of these rfid tags it will emit a radio signal and scanners can track it at way more points along the trip because it's all done automatically then use the delta app, you'll be able to see it as it goes from airport to airport even en route from the plane to the luggage carousel going into 84 airports over the next few months, god willing it works and other airlines follow suit, please. >> all right. becky, so let's say you're on
7:42 am
going to land but your bag is going to denver. what do you do? >> cry. >> thanks for the info. right. what good is it doing me now? the folks at delta say this is a twofold solution. it's estimated 25% fewer bags will get lost with this technology so hopefully that atlanta/denver disconnect doesn't happen in the first place but if it does delta says they'll proactively ping you to tell you when it will arrive and at the very least you don't have to stand at the carousel for a half hour watching >> we've been sharing our stories as we travel and you, as well. all right, becky, we'll see. it's a new one, maybe this one works. but now to the nba's newest superteam warriors adding kevin durant to the roster with steph curry making their season debut overnight, didn't go too well. against the spurs. and can they live up to the expectations?
7:43 am
down to the spurs, you didn't mind seeing that but that was really shocking for a lot of folks here. bruce. >> well, it was shocking. it was shocking because everyone has put this together saying kevin durant is there. they'll take over the whole league but you forget they need time to jell and when you're going up against the macgyver of the nba, vi them popovich. >> you and matt, you two should have a conversation. >> we're both from san antonio. >> the other super team in the league, the cavaliers got their rings last night, raised the banner. you have three rings. can i borrow one? anyway, cleveland is a stacked team, golden state is a stacked team. is it good for the league to have two teams with so many superstars on it? >> well, there's nothing you can
