it only takes a few grains to kill someone. don't distribute it. reporter: the judge scolded ross for trying to help tarmey only after clearing the motel room of incriminating evidence. two other people in the case have been brought to prison as well. j.c.: thank you. boston police make a major drug arrest in mattapan. police say 34-year-old gerald urby was carrying a significant amount of crack cocaine and marijuana when they apprehended him. they say he was also carrying a loaded gun. when they returned to search his home, police uncovered another loaded gun, more drugs, and ammunition. urby is expected in dorchester district court next week. ben: a bizarre security breach involving aaron hernandez. it appears someone tapped his phone calls through a database
