jc: a new hampshire man accused of kidnapping is excused the claims against him. he kidnapped his girlfriend dragging her out of the building by her arm and forcing her into the car and driving to worcester. initially he was questioned and released. police later issued a warrant for his arrest and he it upped himself in on friday saying he never pulled or dragged the victim. adding what happened was, quote, no big deal. rosario has been ord ed: the ex-wife of a man accused of leaving a toddler in the car to die. she said she thought it was an accident, but prosecutors say he was trying to kill their son, cooper, in 2014, because he was unhappy in his marriage and he wanted the 22-month-old out of the way. in court this morning taylor tearfully remembered her son.
