past decade. coleman who suffers from paranoia and schizophrenia was shot and killed by police overnight sunday. they say he pulled a knife on emergency crews who were responding to a call from his mother. the globe reports of those 12 calls, four were related to coleman. some included reports he had threatened to harm himself with a knife. coleman's mother tells the globe he was not armed. >> it was very heartbreaking. seeing people removed from the mangled mess. people dead in baltimore, maryland today. a school bus collided with a public transit bus. police say there were no children on the school bus at the time. the driver rear-ended a car, hit the entrance to cemetery then veered into the commuter bus. >> it literally looked like a bomb exploded. there was catastrophic damage. ed: the bus driver is among the

at least 10 others were taken to hospitals with injuries. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. comedian bill cosby in the news, back in court today for a pretrial hearing in suburban philadelphia. cosby is accused of sexually assaulting a former employee at his alma mater, temple university. the alleged incident happened back in 2004. cosby's attorneys claim the 79-year-old is now legally blind, which will make it harder for him to defend himself in court. more than 50 women have come forward, accusing cosby of sexually assaulting them over the past several decades. continuing to make progress in the battle for mosul. today for the first time in more than two years, they are finally within the isis-controlled city. forces say they have taken the state television building amid heavy fighting near the media station. the effort is a coordinated attack from the ground and from the air but the operation is expected to last for several more weeks. ed: right now, police are searching for armed robbers who held up a rehoboth gas station two masked men entered the exxon gas station on winthrop street
