temperature with 40s to the north and temperatures in the upper 60s to the south. the frontal boundary stalls across our area and it will be much cooler just north of the front. the second area of rain to the west, this will come in this afternoon. we're starting in the 50s in boston. we'll likely hold close to 60 degrees today. but i think the wettest weather comes in after about 3:00 this afternoon to the boston area. about 60 in town, 50s to the north. could get closer to southeastern massachusetts. notice through the morning commute focus of the wet weather is mainly to the north. there might be one or two showers here and there. 2:00, 3:00 this afternoon, here comes steadier showers working in. there will be some pockets of wet weather for the evening commute. i'm not expecting widespread is downpours. things should dry out this evening. overnight the skies clear out. the temperatures drop into the 40s overnight as the winds shift to the north and west.
