maria: harper it is suspending its men soccer season after an investigation into reports on female players. the school was investigating an incident that dated to 2012. it appears these reports ranked woman based on their looks continues beyond that year. the team had two more game schedule this season. and going public with a personal story. maria: she says the university did not protect her when she did a sexual assault on campus. nicole is live with her new legal fight. nicole: there is no ongoing criminal investigation. they didn't prosecute. we asked why.
