this shocking case. >> brian butler told the police captain he "gave into temptation when he" allegedly raped a male inmate at the police station. documents indicate the 24-year veteran of the department asked investigators if the complainant was alleging rape because he believed it was "consensual." butler's wife is salem chief mary butler. >> they have to >> the alleged rape happened on the morning of halloween. the accuser was in protective custody after getting drunk and flooding a hotel room and in a cell naked because his clothes were wet. after providing the alleged victim with a blanket to butler, he fondled the accuser's genitals and took the men to the broom closet to perform a sex act. >> he comes outside of the closet to investigate the loud noise, then goes back in to the

few areas in southern worcester county and just south of the pike, also, a couple of spots of rain in newberry port. early this morning there were some incredible sunrises. just gorgeous looking sky. the clouds before they thickened up. now they can actually start to bright an little bit, but we're getting close to sunset. not a whole lot seen. >> 59 degrees the temperature in boston the wind is light but it's now come around to the north-northwest. suggesting chillier air somewhat will be moving through during the considers of the night. if you look north and west you see it's starting to chill down somewhat in orange. albany, it will be chillier overnight. the skies will eventually clear and see the temperatures by early tomorrow morning, upper 30s in boston. but there will be spots averaging close to the freezing mark north and west, even south

even a few spots, real cold spots in the upper 20s. tomorrow will be a brighter day than today. high thin clouds and after that chilly start the temperatures will moderate to like 50 to 55. a little bit of rain is going out. most everything went through this low pressure area, that exits. now, as we go through thursday, as i mentioned, there will be a good deal of sun and patchy clouds. this is what we have to keep an eye on. that's a front that means business, it means the air is pr through the region during day on friday ushering in windy and colder air for late friday night, friday night and on into the day on saturday. there could still be a spot shower or sprinkles through the evening. the skies clear. this is a closer look. there will be a few high, thin clouds, but a good deal of sunshine. typical fall day. now getting to be a late fall day. friday, there will be a period of cloudiness as the front comes

it, just the slightest chance but once the front comes through the winds start to kick up. later the temperatures will be dropping as cold air settles in. saturday looks like a sunny day with a cold start and a slightly milder afternoon but it looks like the cold air will stick around long. it looks like we get a chance to start moderating as early as sunday, as well as the early portion of next week. i just want to mention with friday being veteran's day we have indicated this to be a that's just because of the wind, which will be rather gusty. the temperatures will move up a little bit tomorrow and colder on friday. those temperatures on friday will actually be achieved in, let's say, late morning to around noon time hour and then they will start falling later in the day. below freezing early saturday into the low to mid 40s saturday afternoon and up about 10 degrees for sunday afternoon. so that's how things are looking right now. >> as you know donald trump did
