also armed robbery and larceny connected to the death of daniel smith. he is being held as a fugitive. police are looking for the shooter. >> drug arrests in yarmouth. his girlfriend was during a traffic stop last week. they say he was driving without a license and they found bags of heroin and $2200 in cash and a bag containing percocet at his home. jc: this was the last play that had pats fans frustrated. it sealed the deal to the seahawks at gillette stadium. the patriots with four shots to potentially tie or win the game. that's a lot different from the last time they met, right,

jc: caught on camera a woman with tigers in her home. a fox and skunk and monkeys were among the dangerous animals living in the home. now tricia meyer is under arrest charged with child endangerment. game wardens say she was allowing hem to roam freely with her teenage daughters. >> ben: wildfires are continuing to rage. they scorched hundreds of battle and the flames have been incredibly challenging for firefighters. they suspect arson is the cause for a number of these fighters. jc: and a large brushfire is burning nearal ban me. hundreds of acres -- near albany. the crews are continuing to fight the flames for the third straight day. they are getting the firefighters in the position to fight the flames. it has created issues across new hampshire and firefighters

run so high on tuesday and wednesday. however, wednesday the winds will be light and blowing from land to sea. that will help out some. it is just before and during and a couple hours after high tide. it is interesting that with the high tide around 11:00 in the morning the actual time range is 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the winds and the seas will be building a little bit as the tide comes. even after the high tide it will be building the high tide than before. here is our little bit of a coastal storm that is getting its act together slowly, but surely. i want to show you the winds. notice as we approach the high tide tomorrow, here we are tomorrow morning and the winds are picking up near the south coast. we get to lunchtime and around that time and just after the high tide we do have gusts tent tent -- 20 to 30 miles an hour and it is getting breezy in boston that will peak midto

overnight. we'll keep an eye on that for sure. here is the cloudiness that will thicken up. if you want to look at the just passed full moon you will be able to see it, but you don't have the perfectly clear skies you had last night. then the rain starts to approach from the south to the north tomorrow. so around 7:00 in the morning it is raining in parts of connecticut and rhode island. it over spreads the region from south to north. and some of the rain comes at a pretty good clip. inch and could be a few amounts. and it does look like it will be wet once it gets wet through the evening commute tomorrow night. the rains will calm down and quiet down. wednday we may be left with a good deal of cloudiness, but there won't be rain to deal with on wednesday. by the way, looks like nice weather one more time late this week into the start of the weekend. this is fascinating. you look at the low temperature this morning and you say wait a minute. that has to be a mistake.

it was clear and the cold air settled to the lower levels. worcester is a thousand feet up. it was really warm above and then once the sun came out that allowed the warm air to come down and we had a mild day. it started out frosty in it was 27 in plymouth and then look at the high temperatures. some spots went up by more than 40 degrees. tell mild in boston -- still mild in boston. the cloud tonight. and these temperatures won't be anywhere near as chilly as last night. most places 30s to low 40s. tomorrow is not as warm as today because we have the clouds and the wet weather to deal with. here is the next seven days. the thing i want to point out about tomorrow is the amount of rain that could fall. one of the models suggesting about an inch of rain on average across the region. we could use the wet weather and then it looks quiet in terms of wet weather for the
