>> right now we're learning new details about the shooting that left a man dying in a wooded area of easton. police are now examining a red mosque. this was found in north carolina, searching for that car since that crime in boston in the boston area. the victim's stepfather tells our partners at the enterprise that it belonged to daniel smith. smith was found shot in the woods of easton for -- two weeks ago. michael guerrero is charged as michael knowing knowing -- noguera of florida is charged as an accessory to murder after the fact. >> zoo journalists said that trump would be staying at trump tower, only to see the motorcade leaving with no warning. the president-elect has refused to travel with the press core since the election and donald trump is busy putting together his transition team.

running for re-election. >> the attorney general's office is reviewing the website care.com after a series of complaints. the nature of the complaints are not being released because it could affect the investigation. they provide baby-sitters and caretakers for the elderly. the site came under fire in september when police say susan devereaux was drunk and high in the street while babysitting a three-year-old in arlington. in a statement the company said that it periodically learns that complaints adding, "it i complaints and respond as appropriate." new this morning, we're learning about that low speed commuter train accident near south station that went unreported. the globe reporting the train rurntd to regular service despite the fact that it sustained some damage to its front end. no passengers were onboard when the train hit a barrier at six miles per hour earlier this month. earlier this week the mbta's fiscal and management control board compared it to this

high rate of speed when it crashed killing one person and injuring more than 100 others. >> police are searching for suspects wanted for robbing two suffolk university students. they say they were on mason street at 7:00 last night. they were accosted there. one of the robbers claiming to have a gun. the suspects got away, the university urging students to be aware of their surroundings in the city. water testing at 300 schools in the commonwealth. more than half had at least one sample with lead levels that registered above regulatory limits. right now the schools are attempting to fix the issues by shutting off the fountains and brushing the pipes and making plumbing repairs. the clean water trust added 750,000 to the testing fund so that every school could test the water for the presence of lead. the testing began after the contaminated water crisis in

now as the storm lifts, we're getting more of a westerly wind, that's developing, that will dry us out this afternoon but that wind, not terribly strong. a light component, but enough of an offshore wind, that is the next high tide comes around mid-day, i'm not expecting too many issues. we do have a coastal flood advisory up for that tide. 10:00 to 2:00. just some pockets possible of minor coastal flooding shouldn't be to the extent of what we dealt with yesterday but just a heads up. notice the temperatures this afternoon, low to mid 50s, ag is 52, so above average today, and again if you are looking for a lot of sunshine, not happening, through lunchtime it's still overcast, and then during the afternoon, just a couple of breaks of sunshine but notice by 5:00, that's when we're starting to clear out and it's dark by then, sunsets at 4:20. overnight skies clear, completely, lots of 40s, mid and upper 30s, in the coldest suburbs and the high pressure is settling in for thursday into friday. it looks like a really nice end to the week but notice there is a storm off the shore. that's the one that could throw

she went into survival mode. >> she crawled into the back of the vehicle where she had a bunch of clothes, and she used those close to cover herself up. >> she had a history where she learned to be tough. so she was a fighter. she knew what to do. >> she was in that car for eight hours. the wreckage was spotted when the sun came up, and we are told that she is in stae recovering after a car collided with an ambulance. in the roxbury neighborhood this happened yesterday afternoon, at the intersection of hamden street and cass boulevard. the injuries are considered minor. investigates say that the patients in the ambulance at the time were not hurt. >> an alarming trend in natick. another case of racism at the high school. the principal sent a message to parents after racist graffiti was found in a student bathroom

call for a florida family, a nine-year-old boy is being called a hero for an amazing catch. he saves his baby brother as the infant falls off of the changing table right there. their mother was home alone with her five kids when she placed the 11-month-old on the table. she turns her back for a moment, and the baby rolls off. the woman's other son catches the boy just inches from the floor. but the nine-year-old believes he had some help. >> i would have never i felt like something came and just pushed me forward and then when it happened i ran and caught him. emily: the mother says the video serves as a reminder to always pay attention to young children. randy: trump's company is apologizing for a promotion after an interview with her father, the move that has her accused of mixing business with politics, and gronk has a message for the seahawks, who
