drug since 2009. annual sales of suboxone topped $1 billion. erika: new numbers as the state tries to curb suspension rates for students considered at-risk. the report shows the numbers are actually increasing. the department of elementary and secondary education found that english language learners were suspended at a rate of 5.4% in 2015. that's up from 5% the year before. the rate climbed for low income students to 7.7%, from 7.2. the report also finds that black and hispanic students are suspended at a greater rate than white students. state regulations were put into -- tried to put -- stay regular regulations into place in july 2014 to slow these rates, because suspended students are more likely to drop out. emily: some new hampshire school districts will head to federal court in an attempt to stop a possible bus strike. the timberlane and hampstead districts want to force the company first student to provide an early warning if the union plans to strike.
