funeral home. that also means the medical examiner is finished with the physical exam of her body and is processing the results. the montgomery county commonwealth's attorney says it could be a few weeks before those results are released. david eisenhauer is charged with first degree murder in her death. justin, you're finding he has a family connection to our area? i confirmed this morning eisenhauer has family in the galax and grayson county area. some of that family owns land only a few miles from where law enforcement found nicole lovell's body. she was found near low gap in surry county, north carolina. that's across the state line from grayson county. kimberly this means eisenhauer may have been familiar with the area where her body was found. students and teachers at nicole's school are remembering her this week with memorials around the school. these are some of the things put up by blacksburg middle school students to honor the seventh grader. students wrote

and her family. the school says printed items will be shared with the family, along with pictures of messages written on the classroom boards. the principal says students are also wearing blue throughout the week to honor nicole. a federal judge in danville will determine whether or not three south boston police officers should be part of a lawsuit over the death of a man in their custody. family and friends of linwood lambert filed into danville federal court this morning. lambert died in police custody in may of 20-13. today, lawyers representing the officers said every tazer applied to lambert was necessary to get him back under control, after he kicked out the squad car window. the lawyers say the officers should be released from the case. lambert's family is suing for 25 million dollars in a wrongful death lawsuit. tom sweeney, family lawyer, "and he's begging them not to continue tazing him and he's not flipping over. i think the video evidence suggest that he's trying and the federal judge is currently reviewing the arguments and the officers will remain as case. the judge will issue a decision.

for information leading to an arrest in a shooting. randolph neal was found shot last night around 7 on mount vernon avenue. he told officers two men approached him and demanded money, before one of them shot him several times. he's now in a hospital in north carolina, and listed in stable condition. a short time later, a neighbor was wounded on virginia avenue, when they heard the noise and went outside. he was treated and released. authorities have identified the two people involved in a deadly train crash in we've just learned this morning, one of them was released from the hospital. investigators say a work truck was sitting on the crossing at spring hollow access road, when a norfolk southern train hit it just before noon. the truck then burst into flames. william lineberry was in the truck at the time, and died at the scene. johnny collins, who went to the hospital with serious injuries, has now been released. no one on the train was hurt. a norfolk southern spokesperson says the train crew complied with all
