named the acc player of the week. brogdon averaged 24 points, 4 rebounds, and nearly 3 assists in wins over boston college and pittsburgh last week. he's been a model of efficiency since the cavaliers lost to florida state on jamuary 17th. he now has 11 games where he's scored 20 or more points this season. not coincidentally, uva has now reeled off 5 consecutive wins entering tomorrow night's tussle with virginia tech. tony bennett/virginia head coach: he's playing really good basketball, really efficient. you look at his numbers, he's being assertive but he's letting it come too which i think has been big. he's shown his completeness on both ends of the floor and leading well and of course, we'll need that. i think malcolm, it seems like, he's got a good feel for what's going on. london has a good feel for when they need to be assertive and when they need to try to get the ball to people. the broncos are the super bowl champs after taking out the panthers last night, and while peyton manning got his second ring, it was the defense, led by von miller that came up with 7 sacks of the cam newton and the panthers, fueling the 24-10 win.
