murphy's murder in 2013. he has continued to say he's innocent. montgomery county supervisors have voted to remove additional pay for circuit court clerk erica williams. the board of supervisors voted 4-3 last night, passing the resolution after a long discussion. this follows williams not re-hiring four employees, and another quitting. williams will still receive the 120- thousand dollar salary provided to her by the state.
