an average of 57. and 70 is a cut-off for intellectually disabled in the state of alabama. >> dr. travis: so, okay, so i am -- i want to bring someone else into the conversation. but the first thing i want to say is, i am troubled that you had no idea as a father that this was going on. that's troubling to me, from one perspective. there's two sides to every story. and former fbi agent, bobby, you are on the law enforcement job is to keep the country safe. and to monitor on-line activity. so, what kinds of things broadly are you looking for when you are monitoring on line activities. >> you look for websites visited, videos being viewed, statements being made on chat boards and things like that. the typical things you would think of, online activity that would lead a person to a certain ideology. >> are there keywords being

key words or phrases or combination of words, technology, is such that we can be clued in on things like that. >> bobby, i want to ask, would the investigation change from the perspective of the fbi, if they learned the individual they are tracking has intellectual deficits, autism, or any kind of deficits? >> it would change, but it wouldn't go away. we know on line recruiters and the they sometimes look for people with reduced ment at capacity that are -- mentally capacity. they want to know if they can get them to do something for them because they have a limited ability to think outside the box. er arrest?e box. >> he was found not guilty by reason of mental defect >> september 8th.

from the state determined he be found not guilty by reason of mental defect. but the doctor, in his findings, gave a recommendation for what happens to peyton, afterwards, that he be released he posed no danger to himself or the community. and the only stipulation he recommended that the court place on him, was that he be supervised line. >> where is he now? >> he's still in jail. >> they determined he needed to be held over by another assessment by the same group that assessed him 2 months prior. and that was completed two weeks ago. we are waiting for that report. we do not believe it will tell us anything different. he does not have a mental illness, which is the standard for an involuntary commitment.

>> the fbi, doesn't know who this person is. >> the fbi, didn't prosecute this case. federal authorities didn't prosecute this case. for whatever reason they disinvolved themselves and had it done at the state level, the sheriff. the fbi, ended their investigation and gave it to the local authorities and that's who tried and held peyton and put him in jail. >> dr. travi that you can, be aware of your child's behavior on line. and obviously, hopefully something like this could be prevented. thank you all so much for joining us. >> hey there, young lady. >> thank you, what a lovely welcome, thank you. hello. >> dr. travis: today we will be talking about a lot of different things you have been having going on. back in the 90s you went through breast cancer? >> yes. >> dr. travis: that's shaped a lot of your life from that point order forward -- forward. >>i has >> dr. travis: am grateful to be -- >> i am grateful to be here and healthy. it's lead me to a lot things in my life. it's lead me to creating music, i created music called grace and gratitude, gai and it's inspired me to be part of a hospital that now bears my name, the olivia newton john cancer research wellness center. i am very proud of that! [ applause ] >> we talk about it on the show, and studies support it, that combining music, the power of music and relaxation, positive thinking, going to a

disease process. >> absolutely, i think it helps. i know it helped me. and that's how i had helped myself through difficult time is to write music and i think creativity, whatever way you do it (for me it's writing songs,) and it's important in expressing my emotions. sometimes we can't express them in other ways like we can through creative process. >> do you have advice for breast cancer survivors or th cancer? >> you are an inspiration. >> people ask, what advice would you give, i am not a doctor but one thing you don't want to do is talk about the illness all the time, focus on healing. give it on a friend, a sister, a husband, whatever, to do all of the talking when friends call and want to know how you are doing, so you can take time to do something for yourself that you love. walking, exercising.

meditating. so you can focus, your biggest orgin healing is what you think. -- organ, healing is what you think. >> dr. travis: we are sorry that you lost your sister, rhona, to brain cancer, three years ago. was the process and being engaged in that and writing music, did that help you 32 that time -- through that tme? >> yes, very much so. it's a shock someone close to you. we found out she had brain cancer and she died in 6 weeks. it was very sudden. i wrote a song for her not long after she passed away and i called my friend amy sky. we had produced and written an album together, when i had gone through another difficult time. i wrote this for my sister, rhona and asked if she would help me finish the song. we discussed there's not a lot of music for people who are going through grief.

our friend, beth nelson, and, beth had written a beautiful song for her husband when he passed away. and we decided to write this album and share our grief and our sorrow, and also our healing and compassion and give people hope with these things and we created new albums around grief. and basically create a, maybe this concept >> dr. travis: unstand there are a lot of people saying, you don't wanna create pregnancy to make it seem like a disability? if an able-bodied man if i were sitting down i would give her my seat. >> as an able-bodied woman, i would, too. you should appreciate it, but not expect it. >> dr. travis: i want to highlight, there are a lot of disabilities out there that may not be visible to the naked eye. using multiple sclerosis, and there are others, it's easy to forget that someone may be sitting in the chair, or in a chair that has a handicapped symbol. and you may think, why are they sitting there. they may be dealing with something that's desperate and obviously, they don't have to advertise it, necessarily, we just have to remind ourselves sometimes. when riding in public situations like that.

to you. and beth, why is this project so important ? >> i went through a personal loss, i lost mom to cancer suddenly. i was amazed how long the grieving process was and what helped me on the grieving journey was sharing storis and getting support from others who had been through the same thing. [ applause ] >> for me, i lost my husband, ernest in 1994 to cancer and 6 years later i was diagnosed with stage olivia was a great friend of mine. i am healthy now, thank you very much. [ applause ] >> and, um, this is a project that tries to give people an opportunity to find a way to grieve. sometimes people just try to avoid it, because it's too big. i walked around with a boulder, after my husband died. and this music is a can opener. >> dr. travis: what song are you performing?

undaunted and finished the show. the fans tweeted her earlobe was ripped in half and bleeding and she still gave a stellar performance! ? ? >> dr. travis: in 2013, randy travis suffered a debilitating stroke reportedly a result of a viral infection in his heart. the stroke stole the singer's ability to speak or walk. today, the 57-year-old is working hard to recover his speech, and is able to walk again! this wee, into the country music hall of fame in nashville. the love for the industry star was evident when the entire audience joined him in an emotional version of amazing grace. ? ? >> dr. tthe 5th annual hilarity for charity variety show was a smash hit raising close to $2 million to fund research and help families struggling with alzheimer's care. >> are we ready to raise money for this incredible charity, everybody? it out with sweet potato slices. so, how does this work? take a look at this. all you do, you slice that sweet potato, you it e can put it in the toaster, wait until it's crisp on the outside, soft and cooked through, and if you have a little more time you can place it in the oven at 400 degrees, 20 minutes to get the effect. you can do this with so many things and put avocados on top. yogurt and berries. peanut butter, banana. >> he's getting excited over there. >> dr. travis: i want to go home and make some. this is one of my favorite ones ever!
