roads are still slick in spots. freeway has been treated but the shoulders may still be icy... secondary roadways may still be snow covered. 3 new this morning... one person is dead and three others are hurt after a bad crash in kenosha. it happened along 1-94 at highway 142... around 11 last night.according to the kenosha county sheriffs department.. a woman driving a volkswagon spun out.. and crashed into the median. the car was then hit by a chevy astro van. the woman in the volkswagon died

in the van were taken to a local hospital... with moderate to serious injuries. the south-bound lanes of 1-94 were closed shortly after the crash... and re-opened around three this morning. 3 now to a developing story... ...police are trying to figure out who shot and killed a 15- year-old girl last night on milwaukee's north side. it happened at a home near 35th and silver spring. cbs 58's julie parise is live in the newsroom....with the latest on the investigation. family members tell us melanie johnson was inside yesterday just before six o clock. police say that's when bullets flew threw the kitchen window, hitting and killing her. this is 15-year-old melanie johnson.her family says she lives at home with her mother and siblings.she went to john marshall school in milwaukee. milwaukee police do not believe this was a drive by attack or that melanie was the target -- but they arent sure. at this point, police don't have a motive or information on a suspect in this shooting. we spoke last night with melanie's sister.she says her sister is just the latest victim to a violence problem here in milwaukee.

'n save employee tried to sp them... one of the suspects punchee employee. if you know who these men are... you're asked to call milwaukee police. bed bugs have invaded a building... again. again.milwaukee county officials say a dog detected bed bugs inside the marcia coggs center in downtown milwaukee..the building was dealing with the same problem just over a year ago...last night-- we saw crews with batzner pest control unloading equipment to go inside the county says it found out late last week that a small number of bed bugs were found in an isolated area of the coggs center... the building at 12th and va-leet houses several health and human services government agencies... a cospokesperson tells us bed bug reports are common in public spaces... and often times, they come in off of visitors. 3 also says -- "the county has an active pest control contractso that we can both take proactive measures to

over... and state election officials have confirmed donald trump won wisconsin.now the president-elect will be in west allis as part of his "thank you" victory tour. tour.cbs 58's kyle aevermann joins us live from the wisconsin state fairgrounds with our look ahead... kyle? set up for president elect trump's trip will resume later on this morning. we're learning more about who will attend the tour tonight. that will include. governor scot walker, house speaker paul ryan, senator ron hn this trip has been planned for about a week now.... but it comes just a little more than 24 hours after wisconsin completed it's recount.the recount added less than 2- thousand votes total... and increased trump's margin of victory by 131 votes.something trump is likely going to address tonight.going into the recount state offiicals didn't expect the outcome to be any differnt....but some questioned whether the tabulating machines were at

money from the salvation army they say jeremiah tracy took donation kettles from two stores in oregon city and canby this month.the kettles were left unattended while salvation army volunteers were on their breaks.investigators say they identified tracy through a store surveillance video. they later found one of the stolen kettles at his home. officers believe 19-year-old tracy took up to 170-dollars. he's now facing three counts of theft charges. a moose-- left stranded in a partly brunswick-- gets rescued by fir. firefighters.check this out! the fire department says they led the moose ashore.then the moose climbed the bank itself... and left running for the woods. 3 a similar sight in dousman... but this time it was a goose. firefighters resuced the bird... who was trapped on an icy pond.turns out somebody
