3 new this morning-- waukesha police make several arrests at ?massage businesses.? businesses.?they happened at these four locations.waukesha police say... they got an ?anonymous tip? through crime stoppers about ?prostitution and human trafficking? at these places.police say... an investigation ?verified? some of the crimes.investigators searched three of the residence...and made multiple arrests.evidence was also taken.the investigation is ongoing...but is being delayed due to a language barrier. a sheboygan man is facing felony terrorism charges after posting about school shootings on his facebook page. after days of threatening posts...a tipster alerted poilce. it started december 10th.21 year old joshua bagemehl posted about his desire to own assau style rifle. later...he posted that a school shooting in sheboygan

a picture of his new assault rifle. when police searched his home...they found ammunition and handwritten notes onhow to handcraft weapons...and how to execute a "hostile" takeover. bagemehl was arrested without incident, tellling police he was just trying to get a reaction and might not have been taking his meds when he made the posts. he now faces three and a half years in prison..and a ten thousand dollar fine. 3 now to a developing story... there's a new push to mandate outside investigations of jail deaths... much like the state law that applies to deadly officer -nvolved shootings. shootings.the milwaukee introduce the resolution this week... in response to ?four deaths? at the milwaukee county jail this year... including an infant born to an inmate.and county executive chris abele says he supports the idea of outside help. "i'm not sure how much legally we can mandate it. i think state statute is sort of ambiguous about that. but i think everybody can agree, four deaths in jail in a relatively short period is something that does demand acco" accountability."

a county board sub-committee will consider the proposal at a meeting tomorrow.board members say they've invited sheriff david clarke.is office is investigating three of the jail deaths. the police department is investigating the fourth. 3 sheriff clarke responded by saying the county board of supervisors who brought forth the resolution... quote-- "should focus not on criminals but on a remedy dealing with the 217 opiate related deaths that have reached the level of a crisis in milwaukee. apparently that is too daunting for them .. so they create fake news to divert milwaukee's common council passes an ordinance to repair lead service lines... and the city will be picking up most of the tab. tab.the city will pay about two-thirds of the cost--- leaving homeowners to pay the remaining third or a maximum of 16-hundred dollars. homeowners could pay the costs over ?10 years.?the city says... it will start replacing lead service lines at 385 day care facilities.the city has 70-thousand lead services lines that need to be replaced. 3 mayor tom barrett says he's pleased with the common council's vote.in a statement
