let's talk about why donald trump is in the news this morning. he says he's going to skip tomorrow night's debate on fox over concerns that he would not be treated fairly by fox moderator megyn kelly, and he's not been treated fairly in general, particularly yesterday, by fox news. he posted this video on instagram yesterday. >> megyn kelly is bias against me. she knows that. i know that. everybody knows that. do you really think she can be fair at a debate? >> the bad blood, of course, between trump, fox news and megyn kelly goes back to the first fox debate in august. she led off the debate with a tough question, asking about his passed comments on women and he took exception to it. fox fired back with a statement accusing trump's campaign manager with threatening megyn kelly. saying, quote, we can't give into terrorizations toward any employees. trump is welcome at thursday night's debay and will be treated fairly but he can't

two crashes. arnold whigham was caught on camera yesterday heading west on the 528....in the eastbound lanes! no one was seriously hurt. whigham's license has been reccommended for reconsideration. the people charged with the brutally beating two brevard county deputies, are preparing for court today. deputies say they were hit with a collapsible baton, while they responded to a domestic violence call tuesday in mims. the deputies are expected to be o-k. taking a live look outside... meteorologist amy sweezey is up next with the forecast.
