found last night right here in central florida. michelle: their mother is in custody. woman' s youngest daughter was family home. jason: jazmin walker joins us with the new developments. jazmin: these three kids were found safe in marion county. investigators have been searching for the seven-year-old, six-year-old and four-year-old for an entire day. the search ended in marion county when they found them with their mother, clarion garrison. we got this picture from the jail overnight. this started in alba knee, georgia where the body of the -- of garrison upon' s two-year-old daughter was found dead. detectives believe the child admit dead inside the apartment for at least two days. there are still several detailed they' re not releasing. >> forensic autopsy as soon as possible, probably in the

information about things that are important such as how the child actually died and we will be up to go further this investigation. jazmin: garrison is now currently called a person of interest in the child' s death. the district attorney has said other people live in that apartment. the department of children and families in florida has taken custody of garrison' s other three children. jason: thank you. covering volusia county, extra officers will be at a local elementary school after a scare for students. it happened as the child was heading to campus yesterday and edgewater. alex villareal is live there this morning with what started it all. alex: any parents watching this no just how important it is to teach her child about the dangers of strangers and this nine-year-old got that very difficult lesson firsthand here on his way to school.

he was approached by a man who asked him if he want to come to his house. the nine-year-old took off, heading back home after this man approached him. it was while this boy was on his bike on his way to edgewater elementary school. he describes this man is having a heavy build, medium black hair, and a long black goatee. police say this all happened around 7:25 in the morning. the boy' s is the man was wearing all black at the time. a black longsleeved t-shirt, black shorts and tennis shoes and sunglasses. edgewater police now say they are investigating the encounter and extra patrols will be conducted here around atwater elementary and the city' s other elementary school. we will be asking with the school system is doing as this is obviously very scary news for parents and other students. if you have any idea who this

admitted to being with the group but said he had nothing to do with the murder. jason: breaking news we are following this morning. five people are dead and three other seven hurt after a massacre at a pennsylvania cookout. we had details just outside pittsburgh. >> i' m david kaplan here in wilkinsburg outside of pittsburgh where five people are dead after what police are calling an ambush style shooting here on franklin avenue in wilkinsburg. police believe two shooters open fire on a backyard barbecue around 11:00 last night. four people, three women and one man, died at the scene. another died at the hospital. police believe one shooter fired from the alley behind the home and another from the neighbors backyard as people try to run inside the house when shots ring out. police have indicated that somewhere between 30 and 40 shots were fired. at this point, still no suspects and no motive are known as police continue to investigate

jason: the first ever uterus transplant in the u.s. failed. the cleveland clinic announced the 26 role to receive a transplant had complications and he was removed. this transplant took place last month and appeared to be a success. the patient even appeared in a press conference on monday. doctors say they will continue with nine other plant transplants. happening today, the senate is excited to vote on a final passage of a so-called addiction and recovery act. the bill would provide grants to local governments to help fight the growing drug abuse problem. that includes heroine abuse, which is at an all-time high and on the rise in central florida. the bill would also strengthen prescription drug monitoring. michelle: some of the nation' s top transportation mines will get together to talk about cutting down a deadly crashes. federal government is hosting a two-day summit talk about the future of travel. one of the goals is finding ways to get people to change their behavior like drunk driving or distracted driving.

take a look over downtown orlando at the gorgeous horizon. couple of clouds off to the distance. we don' t have that big a layer of gray cloudiness we had yesterday. 66 in orlando, the wind coming in out of the southeast at seven miles per hour. couple of scattered clouds here and there, but otherwise we don' t have a cloud cover we had yesterday and with more sunshine today, that will lead to warmer temperatures. this morning, we have warm air and southeast winds coming in. it is 63 in ocala, 64 sanford, 60 eight in daytona beach and 70 cocoa beach. it is warmer again along the coast because of the breeze of the ocean. water temperatures in the 60' s. this afternoon, the opposite will happen as the wind comes off the ocean, it will actually keep our air temperatures cooler at the beaches and our inland spots will be able to climb into the middle 80' s. we will be about two to three degrees warmer than we were yesterday and that puts us at 85

michelle: the u.s. military says it has secretly been interrogating the man they believe is the head of the chemical weapons plant for isis. they say the detainee provided enough information in recent days for u.s. warplanes to conduct limited airstrikes in iraq. new video this morning of a high-speed chase. five suspects in a stolen car. after deputies spotted the car, it took off but the chopper was able to track it and trap it on silverstar road and into a neighborhood on fox ridge trail. thanks to the chopper, deputies were able to catch them within minutes. coming up, a florida mom is at
