august 6 in the location at the 5000 block of east eager street. the suspect is being charged as a juvenile. a former baltimore city police officer convicted of sexually assaulting a minor learned of his fate this afternoon. he was sentenced to 18 years. this is on top of the 10 years he receive for a probation violation. he was found guilty on four counts of third-degree sex offense after a 13-year-old girl accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2011. a man charged with a cannibalistic killing in hartford county pled guilty to first-degree murder. however, he will not go to prison. >> a judge ruled he was not criminally responsible at the time of the murder. barry simms is live with the latest in the studio. he will vote -- >> he will continue undergoing treatment at the psychiatric hospital. a judge ruled that while competent to stand trial now, he
