allowed access to these sites of the alleged atrocities. currently, the un inspectors are not far away, in damascus, but they are being denied access to these locations by the syrian government. on for aearch is teenager accused of sexual assault. the mother of one of his victims are speaking out for the first time about the alleged abuse. it reportedly took license ivy city rec center. >> apparently, my daughter was approached and inappropriately touched by a young worker at the rec center and came to me and said she -- she said something happen. she was scared to tell me. >> that in another alleged incident happened inside the carol cook rec center in east baltimore earlier this month. the suspect is a 16-year-old who worked at the center and is charged with four counts of child sex abuse and assault. a judge ordered him to stay at a juvenile shelter.

we have learned that the boy has disappeared from that home which is not a secured facility. the department of juvenile facilities confirms there is a warrant out for his arrest. the city says all volunteers and staff who work directly with kids must undergo a background check with state police but the recreation and parks department will not comment on whether the suspect ever passed a background check. schooleginning to the year for the annapolis high school community after an assistant coach was killed in a crash wednesday night. police say the 50-year-old was riding a bicycle when she collided with a van. the driver of the van was not injured and she was an assistant track and cross-country coach at annapolis high school since 2011. anne arundel county police are they are working to determine whether any charges will be filed. are arundel county police also investigating two attacks by one aggressive dog that injured four people. they say the potentially rabid

dog attacked three kids and their babysitter in the 300 block of dmaaraon south in laurel. the pit will terrier escaped its owners yard through a gate wednesday morning. the babysitter says the dog spotted the kids aged 2, 4, and six and attacked. officials discovered the dog had not had a rabies shots and had attacked a 66-year-old woman earlier that day. a baltimore man is accused of setting up a hit bull attack to start a dog fight. old faces charges of assault and animal cruelty as well as training a dog for a dog fight. anne arundel police say he was walking his pit bull in rivera beach late tuesday night without leash. he ordered his dog to attack a labrador and the labs owner tried to break it up. the original owner got angry and head butted the man in the face and that man and his dog are expected to recover. do pn on taking light rail,

close to 90 degrees but with the clouds and showers today, that will not be the case. airport.now at the the cooler temperatures are in the western suburbs. it has been raining for most of the late morning out in frederick and allegheny county. we've got a front coming through the mid-atlantic in an area of low pressure that is developing on that front so until this goes by, we will deal with some clouds and showers this afternoon. i think it will clear up tonight and we will wind up with a nice weekend. some big thunderstorms in virginia but around baltimore, this is mostly light rain. there is moderate rain out in the mountains. you cannot rule out the possibility there can be a clap of thunder this afternoon. this is mostly going to be often on shower activity in the best chance for rain will be west of baltimore. in the eastern shore counties, maybe a couple of sprinkles, same thing around downtown

baltimore and frederick, carol, and western howard county. that is the set up right now. aroundare watching us baltimore, just sprinkles and more steady rain to the western suburbs. here is the wave of low pressure. to sky clears once you get pittsburgh. that clearing one will work its way down to baltimore and tonight, the humidity will go down, the sky will -- the skies will clear and that will allow the temperatures to drop into the 50's in many locations i tomorrow morning. we will get a nice comfortable autumn morning. this afternoon, mostly cloudy skies come off and on rain showers and some of the rain could be heavy likely west of baltimore and the high temperatures will be upper 70 us in the north was wind -- and a northeast winds at 10 miles per hour. we should make it to 83 degrees tomorrow and a another good one on sunday with a high temperature around 84. 85 is the average.
